Serta Simmons Bedding Headquarters is a campus that hosts corporate offices as well as a research and development laboratory. In collaboration with Bearden Partners, Hendrick, and APCO Signs, I designed a signage suite that aimed to visually interpret the company mission of providing luxurious and healthy rest, while also incorporating the finishes of the surrounding interior design. Details such as soft backlighting and standoff mounting were mindfully selected to express a dreamlike feeling as if floating on a cloud. The final package for this project included municipal coordination, message schedules, and location plans for over 1000 signs throughout the interior and exterior of the campus.
